Natural Healing
Healing is a natural phenomenon, as natural as breathing. At Ananda Healing we have practiced healers to provide non-invasive healing, placing their hands on or near you. A truly wonderful experience to be experienced alongside other therapies and medicines.
What is Natural Healing?
No one knows the exact origins of natural healing, although many theories exist. We do know that such healing has been practised for thousands of years, by every race under the sun and probably pre-dates history.
Healing is for all. It can be taken alongside orthodox, complementary and alternative medicines/therapies. It is completely non-invasive, the patient does not necessarily need to be touched and no treatment is prescribed. It does not rely upon any religious belief or faith.
The Benefits
A healer will not promise any kind of result. Nevertheless, many remarkable benefits have been experienced and are being brought daily. Improvements are felt when all else has failed. At best, it may bring a result, sometimes miraculous; at worst it can do no harm. It frequently brings a calmness and stillness of mind, especially to the terminally ill.
There is no condition – physical or emotional, for which healing may not be attempted.
The medical profession is showing an increasing awareness of and interest in healing. Clinical trials to evaluate healing have shown that in many cases healing has brought beneficial results.
What is a Healer
A healer is simply a person who has a gift, either naturally or acquired, of bringing benefits by placing their hands on or near another. This benefit can be felt by humans, animals and plants. A healer is not a mystical being, simply someone who, through love and compassion, has the intention and desire to heal. Naturally, there is more to it, in that it takes approximately two years of training on how to deal with the sick with care and safety. A healer must be practised in knowing how, where and when to give healing. There is a strict code of conduct and healers must operate within the law. Patient confidentiality is paramount.
How many sessions are required?
The number of sessions required will depend upon the nature of the problem and how deep seated it is. Sometimes one session will bring about a result; however, a number of sessions are normally required according to the individual’s needs.
"We came to see Amanda when Ben was at his worst, just being diagnosed with rampant Candida and a very low immune system. Amanda immediately put Ben at ease and workjed her magic, using Reiki and meditation. He felt much better after just one session and we have been back every 5 days since. Ben is making marvellous progress and a lot of that is down to Amanda, the Reiki she provides and the way she approaches any problems or issues. I cannot recommend Amanda enough!"

I have been through a lot of sadness and stress over the past 15 months, and I got intouch with Ananda Healing, and after a few different treatments, with a most delightful young lady, I have started to feel a lot better in myself, more relaxed and starting to rebuild my life. A big thank you and I would strongly recommend anyone using this treatment.

Amanda is really amazing. I've had several healing and massage sessions with her, to unlock a bad neck and shoulder and the results have been brilliant. I now only need one every 6 weeks or so to keep me free from pain - the first time for a long time! I have also more recently completed a meditation course with Amanda - another excellent string she has to her bow. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
